benificial bacteria

Hey guys So I started using Mykos WP in my Res. and now I see build up along pipes. It's brownish I guess but don't stink and my roots are white. Does Mykos or any beni Bacteria like great white cause build up? Is that the bacteria colonizing. Thanks!
