brown spots on leaf tips

Hey I’m a new grower and I’m not sure what’s happening some help would be appreciated! Really slow plant growth and the leafs feel extremely dry.. the light is set about 28 inches away and the room is kept at a constant 69degrees and 70% humidity.

My plant is starting to reg rusty looking spots on some of the fan leaves. I have 3 plants and this is happening to two of them. One is fairly bad on a handful of the top fan leaves, and the other isn’t that bad. I started adding 5ml cal/mag per gallon. It’s a dwc. They are in flower week 7
