Day 53 into flowering Mars hydrots600 3-20-22 Soil

This is my 4 week old northern lights autoflower.The first set of leaves became yellow and now they are almost gone.Should i be worried or is this a normal thing. Also one of the leaves have this weird looking mark on the leave, i dont know what it is. Is she healthy?

first pistils of pre flowers formed october 3rd it is now october 29th from the looks of it almost 50 percent of the pistils have darkened on my babies i dont have a loupe to check trichomes but im assuming i am getting close. let me know what yall think
