grow bill

I've been running my 400w on 18/6 for a little over a month, and my electric bill is LESS than it normally is this month. lol! How the fuck? I was expecting it to be like 100 bucks, but it was only 37. Normally when I don't grow it's around 39-41$ I've got 2 fans on full blast, an exhaust fan...
