    Discovered bugs on my grow, Help Please

    Outbreak of insects indoors..please help

    These little Insects the size of a needle point are in my soil by the hundreds. They crawl on leaves and dirt and my lowest leaves keep getting little orange\brown specs. What can I use to safely remove these things. With the naked eye they appear pale white.
