Hello this is my first time seeing anything like this, all my other seedlings look normal (this is my 2nd growth and never had such problems). It's like there's no new node or what you call it when there's new growth in the middle, only 4 leafs on top. Is there anything to be done or should i do...

If i remove a fan leaf at the node during veg will the node still be able to grow a calyx during flowering. I know you shouldn't remove healthy fan leaves but i mean the ones that are 70% dead.
