preflowers

Im 60% sure that these are male flowers, but I want to ask you guys if I am correct. Jordan of the Island Black Candyland.

One of my friends has a plant going and it's really lanky and thin looking. As I was looking it over I noticed it had what appears to be female preflowers everywhere. What do you guys think?

This plant has been in veg now for 56 days and want to take it another 20-30 days before flower. I think this plant might be showing signs of preflowering, but I can't tell. Anyone know what this is? PS. look at image MVIMG_20190715_182940 specifically.
