sap

I just topped all my White Widows (put the tops into ph'd water and on 12/12 to sex) and I had a few plants, that, as soon as they were cut, oozed purple sap...and I mean super purple, and fairly dark. Even more so before it dried (the picture is dry). Any idea what's with that? Most oozed a...
