t5 florescent

Hey everyone What is the ideal distance to keep my seedlings from a 36” T5 HO? I just took my dome off they are sitting 7” away at the moment. The girls are looking a little stretched but don’t want to get them to close Cheers and happy growing

Im looking to start indoors and I bought a 2x4 tent. I also bought a clone king and I'm wanting to know should I add some red spectrum? Will it be to much to run all 8 bulbs at once or even necessary? Obviously I'm looking to grow the mothers with the clones under the t5 in the same tent.
