When my package from Attitude arrived I discovered I had paid $170 for a T-shirt. The package had been slit open and the tin with the beans was gone. Re-reading my order shows that by ordering the shirt I was paying for guaranteed delivery. So I contacted Laura at customer service. She asked me to send her scans of the package so they could see the green tape US Customs had used to kinda tape the package together. Long story short - Attitude will replace the order for free.
