hey i have 4 plants, 1 of them is about a month and a half old, the other 2 are not far behind, and the 4th is just past a month(recently transplanted). i recently installed 2 60w=360w CFLs and 1 100w=500w CFL 5000 L and 6400K each more or less with reflective material all around. Recently my plants have been drooping down, the mix i use is soil, peat moss, and perlite. the soil hasnt been drying up at a normal rate. its been 3 days since i watered and the soil mix is still moist. i haven't fertilized since transferring.I need help please to save my plants. its my first grow and i try to watch them for any change as much as possible.PICT0025.jpgPICT0026.jpgPICT0027.jpg

might it have anything to do with the lights? the heat is not the problem. i use mineral water for the plants and im looking for ph testers but cant find them in Egypt, the same problem with the voodoo juice. Ever since i switched the lights, the plants have been showing these symptoms.

The soil looks very wet.

And from the huge amount of stretching, it looks like your light are far from ideally placed.

Check the drug store for litmus paper if you want to check the soils ph. The plants show signs of being overfertilized. Have patience as the transplant will take a few days to start showing effect. I can see at least one snip ready to be cloned if you are into it.

recently transplanted).
Transplant shock, could take up to 3 weeks to recover. In the mean time don't water(unless pot is dry) or feed. To avoid this only transplant rootbound healthy plants.

What are your humidity levels? Don't go buying stuff because one Rand told you too, get the PH meter that's a given but don't get the strips they're garbage. Your plants look over watered and deprived of light. If you cant feel any heat off your cfl with your hand just above the plant then they're too far. If your humidity levels are in the 70's or higher then you've got your problem right there along side with over watering. Let those babies really dry out, to the point the pot is a feather weight. Do all your watering based on weight, not looks or feeling. even with the first 2 inches dry you may have water pockets in your soil... Letting them dry out makes the plant force root growth to find a deeper water source, without buying a bottle prescribed by Rand. Good luck, and if it turns out you have high Humidity PM me and I'll find a video on humid growing with air roots.

Also you may need better drainage in your pots... are they sitting in the run off after you water or are they above a drip tray?

hey man thanks for the reply. I always wait for complete draining and remove the access water in the trays. and i really do watch my watering method. humidity is around 50% and i try staying around 25 Celsius. ill try re-adjusting the lights and im not gonna feed them until everything hopefully goes back to normal.

Looking TOO WET as mentioned. A lil more perlite goes a long way in terms of aeration. Let them dry out before you water again and use less water.
