My plants are in flowering stage and I have 4 CFL 2700K and 2 6500K is it going to be enough light for my plants to flower?

Definitely not. How many plants are in there? 5?

Those look to be low watt bulbs. The recommended minimum amount of 2700k watts per flowering plant is 100.

they need to be like 3-4 inches from plant and i would put 3-4 more of those rigs you got alla round your plants for it to maybe be enough. get 23 watt cfl's or larger also. go with all warm 2700k or mixed spectrum by throwing a few of the blue ones int here. and your going to have to move them often during the first few weeks of flowering due to the stretch your plants are going to double in size so you need way more light for flowering.

As everyone says: more light. I would just go to Home Depot and buy a bunch of those bulb splitters for about $2 a piece. If you buy 4 splitters you could have 8 bulbs in your set up. If you buy 12 splitters you could have 16 bulbs.

More light is always better.

I'd supercrop that tall one in the middle to get them all about the same height and drop the lights to within a couple 2-3 inches. The tall one on the right that is flowering I'd just move to the side where the lights were hitting it from the side. And like has been said a $ investment in some more bulbs and splitters will pay back your first harvest
