funny question, but i have to ask...

Nutes and Nugs

Your room should be free of all insects but, overall I doubt it would hurt anything other than taking up some space.
I sometimes find a fly on the pest strips I use for gnats.
Once I found a wasp buzzing around the room.

They won't eat enough bugs to make even the slightest difference. Keeping a indoor space bug free isn't much of a challenge at all.

Well, i have heard that they must be grown without any nutes so to force them feed with insects, don't really know, sounds cool tho, i always wanted to have this kind of plants around.

By all means try it out. Certainly couldn't hurt and would add some variety to your grow space. :D

great question! I wonder if there are some that like the "sun" more than others. I usually think of them as growing in a rain forest atmosphere but I'm no expert.

Yeah I have a pitcher plant and a venus flytrap and they love the sun...they say moderate to high sunlight right on the label when you buy them :-P

Bro I doubt a venus fly trap could stop spidermites ( dope grower enemy no. 1) in fact the mites would eat the fly trap. If you have mites use a miticide chemical. Flys wont harm plants at all.
