Also symptoms of another form of "exercize", and i'm not giving that one up!This is a very dangerous habit. I tried it. My skin got flushed, my heart raced, I got sweaty and short of breath. NOT GOOD!
Had a double knee replacement om 11-25-13. Came home from the hospital on Thanksgiving day. I just this week started walking around without the use of a walker (which I still use when leaving the house). This surgery (and recuperation) is the hardest thing I've ever had to endure, if you don't like exercising, you should not be getting knees replaced, one has to learn to walk all over again, not to mention getting out of chairs. If you can hold out for as long as possible before replacement, that's the ticket. But then again, that's easy for me to say. No pain in the knee joint area. I'm looking forward to be able to walk 1 mile and not have to worry if I can make it back without the screaming pain.I might run if my knee didn't need to be replaced. Best I can do is a bike or eliptical.. Ineed to start working out again... But I put in a mile walk through 10" of snow pulling 50lbs behind me at least 3 times a week. That's a workout in itself.. Can't run though or I won't be able to walk for a month.. Dancing really fucks me up too..
