Oh redcarpetmatchesthedrapes those lil balls are growing like the grinches heart lol, i took a lil peek at your vert bare bulb situation.... good job clap clap....but I am also using one of the most efficient reflectors beside the luxor so don't be too confident my lil bat friend lol...@psuagro I prob could have used a better medium choice but sudden decisions takes there risks lol I'll get those little aqua globe if I have too lmao

Well 2 of 3 have broken the soil and the 3rd is just starting to poke out of all 3 seeds the Mk ultra sprouted first! 100% germ rate, hopefully this is a good sign. the Mk Ultra actually soaked for about 2 hours less than the 2 sour diesel.Well all 3 have been started in bloom now since they all sprouted today! I'm using a fully organic line, and hand mixed,self amended soil! Hope to see these girls work out for me and do some competition ass whoopin!

like i said I follow soma's method. alot of the other top breeders in the world do the same. I have had a 100% success rate of sprouting seeds and only 7 males out of the hundreds of seeds Ive sprouted over the years. from how small your buds are right now. How you have done 12/12 fs so far I don't think you will be much competition.

Lol ... was redcarpet serious^? drowning the seeds !!? lol since I have discovered this method I have nearly 100% success rate, soak them beans until they crack, sometimes 20 hours sometimes 84 hours, whatever it takes! it has made my life so much easier !

If your seed sinks while soaking it has drowned duh. Common sense. At least my plants have trichs hy. Might want to look into camera settings or glasses.

Im thinking half clay and half sand mix. Top dressed with perlite. Seedsman White Widow fem drowning as I type.

Is it true Psu?! A 16 oz. sippy cup? Who approved that?!

not true. If the seed sinks after 1 day of soaking. That means its good. If it floats. It usually means its no good. How can you drown it if there isn't any roots.

its ok you are still kind of a newb...

I agree with hyroot a always soak my seeds till I see at least one of them crack then I move them either to root riot cubes or directly to soil. The reason being I damaged a taproot of something really important to me and it never recovered so since then I just don't take the chance as soon as I see the seed has cracked it get's planted, somewhat similar to the soma method but I don't follow it word for word if you know what I mean. Well Good luck everybody

yeah thats it, I have had seeds that take a little longer to sink and in my experience it didnt mean the seeds were no good! I like to tap em and shake em once or twice a day in the glass of water until they sink, sometimes they only need to be pushed and they dont come back up. Lately, I always always wait until the seeds crack but I dont let em soak more than 12 hours as soon as they crack, any seeds that have not cracked stay in the glass. EASY!

I think redcarpet is franjan or something lol. Anyway, Let's see what everyone can do, and not what everyone can say! Lets get growing and keep it at that!

I just raised my cups on a little shelf .... :eyesmoke:

I'll let seeds soak up to 4 days. I actually did that this past week with cheese og seeds. I wanted to get along enough tail. Since I planted them directly into large pots. Those are going outside in a few days. They sprouted just fine.

Haha going outside in a few days, Its been like -10/-30 with wind chill here these last few day's I would never put one of my lady's outside in January, I don't even wanna go outside even all bundled up...pshh go out side

I'm in SoCal. Its almost Feb. Its 80 in the day. 60 at the lowest at night. Actually some nights get to 50. Its 70 right now outside. Out winter ended almost 2 months ago and lasted 2 weeks.

my a/c is on right now
