help, plant in trouble

• I put my germinated og kush strain in the soil 11 days ago. 8 days ago it sprouted, and about 4 days ago I got my first set of true leaves. Its currently directly under 3 23 watt CFLS. They are each equivalent to 150 W. It hasn't really been growing in the past couple days and my 2nd set of true leaves have shown no signs of coming in. Should my plant be further along by now? The leaves look perfectly healthy, as does the stem. I am trying to find somewhere local to get a light fixture for a MH but I have had no luck. Any advice guys?​

Seedlings are very slow going. It is currently working on it's root system. Just add water when the soil is dry and it should be OK. Just give her some time.

Its not in trouble.... It's just fine.. Strains grow at different rates....
