Ok so i think i have a dual sex plant...
i have been watching this one closely since i started to see tiny pods thinking they were nuts but then it started to bud pretty decently.
i'm now aprox. 2 1/2 weeks into flower and i pulled something bright yellow off that had pollen with it, if in fact pollen is yellow and dusty looking.

Here's some pics for you.

Second grow. i never made it to flower last time so i guess first time!
Anyway here's some info it might help to tell me if it's too late
Should i keep it alive? or kill it i only have this area to grow in so i can't move into another room
4 CFL 30 something watts each rated @ 100 watts have 3 2700k and 1 5k
grow tent 30x18x36
feeding fox farm trio + solubles and tiger bloom
just gave first watering of cha ching nute mix

Yea im sorry for your herm. Also, dont feed chaching till like 5 weeks into flower. You should be giving her some open sesame and next week beastie bloomz.

hermed for sure, sorry about your loss.
It will pollinate any females in the room if you keep it.
So just throw it out? is it too late or will the other plants be fine?

U got sacks popping up all over? Or just lowers?
Just one branch out of two where I topped it most of my seeds came from a hemie if that had anything to do with it idk

Side note. Should I just let it grow outside I have shit light but just so I can harvest seeds maybe

the fact that it hermied is prolly due to the fact that the seed came from a hermied plant, hermie genes carry from plant to seed.

I would say the hermie trait was passed down to those seeds.

Unless you want a bunch of seeded buds just kill them. That thing has nanners and balls all over the buds in those pics.

This happened with a plant my friend gave me. It's very common.
Hermi seeds will be feminised but they have a chance to pass down the trait.

That is a true hermie, not a plant that's stressed into pollinating itself. The way to tell the difference is that true hermies have female and male buds on the same nodes, growing both male staminate and female pistillate structures in the same flower, as his does, whereas stressed plants have female flowers and grow several male flowers from separate nodes, not on the same flower.

Whether you pull it or not is up to you. You can still smoke hermies, some strains are pretty much always hermi (like trainwreck) and they smoke fine. Its about personal preference I feel

I have a plant going now that had about 5 or 6 male bits on just some lowers, but it is really from get this GROWER ERROR haha but really i jacked my timer up and had it coming on during night without noticing a week or two.

My point was i just plucked them off but only because the cross blue pit was created using the Dog which is known to throw a few balls anyway (in the breeders description) but supposed to stay gone once removed or cloned.

Remember quite a few gems have come from hermie genetics so as with anything i say see how it comes out (unless it is just covered in balls) and then decide if you think it is worth keeping.

Btw all my smoke is for me so my opinion probably differs from those who are supporting themselves from it.

Do you state this as fact or opinion? Because I have seen many stressed plants sprout male flowers right next to a female flower or even right out of a forming bud.
