Sorry, it looks a little early to tell, but, by the looks of it , it looks female. If it's 5weeks old, it should be going into flower pretty soon. Give us an update in a about a week. Hopefully it'll be in flower by then. Good luck.

I think what you mean is "Pistils"?
But those are not, they are "Stipules".
