Just my .02. Your groom room can use some fingernail clippers. J/K

Seriously though. Your buds look real airy and small. Next round, if I was you, I would LST them babies to get an even canopy and get those big CFLS closer.

Overall leaves/plants look great BTW.

Here is what i suggest. I have 3 gallon plastic pots I use that I got from the nursery 10 years ago I recycled from some trees we bought. I drilled holes every 3-4 inches around the top. There are tons of different ways to LST. What I do is let the plant get 6-8 inches or so and bend that thing so it's horizontal and tie it to the side. As bud sites grow, just keep tying them to the outside of the pot rim. Your goal is to have all the bud sites even in height so they all get the same light.

Do a search on here and do a google image search for LST.

Keep them tied down the whole time. As they grow you will adjust the strings because they are still growing. It's actually very therapeutic. Jam some music, rip a couple, and have some fun.

Looks like you will have some good smoke for a first run. Ya get that canopy even and lights on them. You will be much happier with the outcome.

Personally I like Afghan Kush Ryder. I know it's probably not the best these days, but I made a shit load of seeds. So it will be my favorite strain for a while. Lol

If you have anymore of the same seeds, I would suggest growing them again, but this time LST them. I only say this because you will have something to compare with your current grow.

Check out this link first. There are a shit load of theads on when to harvest in the harvest and curing forum.

General rule of thumb is to wait until the white hairs turn brown/orange and recede back to the bud. You still have white hairs. My best guess would be another 2-3 weeks or so.

Only when the hairs recede do I pull out the 30x eye loop and check the trics. I like my trics mostly cloudy with maybe 2-5% amber.

I have a thread on Whole plant drying - cut at the base or something like that. Check that one out too.

This pic might help you a bit.

hey man someone just said to me that my 2 autos look like they are being overloaded with nitrogen what do you think because i have them on the ghe lucas formula and i have read good reviews about that feeding schedule . but yh what you think.

That's because the leaves are really green I assume. I would suggest not changing anything on this grow. They actually look great to me other than the buds looking a little fluffy. I wish I could keep my leaves that green all the way to the end. I'll figure it out one day.

Too much nitrogen?? Why would you let your plant start to die off and lose leaves during the swell phase anyway? I have never understood that thinking.

Next you will have to decide if you will flush or not. This is something else I can't understand. Why deny the plant food during the last two weeks of the swell stage.

I know zero about dwc. Personally I have never flushed. I'm a soil guy.

I am no expert. These are just my opinions.

too true my friend i cant see the point in flushing but i think it has something to do with the taste because the nutes stay in the buds or something not to sure. but thanks for the advice about the leaves i thought they look good. have you got any good tips on drying and curing.

sorry to be a pest by the way :)

Nutes don't stay in the buds. That's a bunch of shit. I never stop feeding my outdoor tomato plants. They taste great.
