Is this a sign of nute burn?

I wasn't sure because the big leaves look much healthier after I thought I solved most of my problems. Just to give a background I am almost 2 weeks in and my plant is still quite small. A few days ago I had purple edges and tried to raise the temps and they are starting to go away. Also the big leaves were pale green and I fed it fertilizer (like 1/4 of recommended dose) and they are starting to turn a darker green for sure. Also... lol... I had a shroom problem and had to pull a few but so far none have come back. And if you need to know I am watering now every 2-3 days, my pot is I think around .7 gallons and I when I water it I give it 20 ounces. After I raised the temps a bit, gave it fertilizer, and killed the shrooms it has finally started to grow again and today two new leaves have started to grow so I feel like I am on the right track. Now I am having another issue and I am afraid I may have gave it to much nutes. Not the larger leaves or the little new ones, but the flat leaves (I don't know what they are called) are pretty much solid yellow and brown spots are appearing on them. Is that normal because the other leaves look better than before but these now look worse. I am doing my best to keep this plant alive.

IMHO you're overwatering and overnuting. That plant is too small to be adding nutes. It should have several sets of leaves. Part of the problem is that you planted the seed in too big a pot. But what are you growing in? If the soil already has nutes in it, and you added more, you've basically burned the roots…that's why there's no growth. At two weeks, your plant should look like this (sorry it's sideways; all my old photos have disappeared and I had to reupload):

Its organic soil so the nute constant is really low and I fertilized it because of the color but its growing quickly again. I will start watering every four days. Just a side question is there a good way to break up soil because it used to drain well but its become more packed and drains slower.

And it stopped growing almost a week before I fertilized it (I think because of the shrooms) and started growing just after I pulled the last shroom and added fert. And I fertilized it just once. I probably shouldn't have done it at all tho but I agree that over watering is probably the main problem.

dont put a time on the watering. water it when the top of the soil is completely dry and dusty feeling. this is usually a safe time to water again.

when I water seedlings that young, I water the whole pot once, and then once or twice a day just give it DROPLETS of water around the stem. Don't water the whole pot every 2 or 3 days, it should be 2 weeks at the earliest.

Ok well I didn't want to start a new thread so I just wanted to update this one with more questions. I have stopped watering so much and have decided to give it only 2-4 ounces of water when it gets really dry (every 4-7 days) and it has started to grow again. But it looks to me like now all the leaves are turning yellow and really pale like it has an N deficiency but I thought the plant was to small to give it fertilizer. And it is still growing slow even though I am not giving it nearly as much water as I did before. The only thing I really haven't done is check the ph what do you guys think? Here are updated pics:

looks really good now, but it's starving! feed it something. Don't know what your soil is but from those pics it doesn't look that great. I'd start with about 1/8 nutes, mainly N.

Yeah its mg organic soil so its not great but it was all I could do with my budget. It doesn't really have any certs so that's good but it doesn't drain to well. I just gave it 3 ounces of water with a tiny amount of fert (12-6-12).

u r gonna mulla that seedling with tha amount of k at tha stage, actually u already have ide start again and don't add nutes till the plant asks u for them....read the leaves and get some proper veg nutes imo

What nutes would you suggest and what does ide mean?

I was thinking next time I would use fox farm ferts, grow big for veg, and tiger bloom for flower. Would these be a lot better?

ide = i would :)
fox farm will be fine for your plant but as already stated, start with a low dose.

Agreed. The soil looks like it is mostly bark, so it may not have much nutrients. What brand of soil are you using? Whattype of fertilizer are you using? Also, have you checked the pH of your water runoff? The outer edges of the leaves would suggest slight nute burn, but the yellowing leaves would suggest a nitrogen deficiency. It can be extremely difficult to tell the difference between toxicity and deficiency, but a little trial and error with a dilute solution of fertilizer would give you an idea if the plant is hungry.

Too late for this round, but you might try starting your plants in a soil mix that is heavy on perlite. I used a mix of 2/3 perlite to 1/3 high quality organic soil (Earth Juice Amazon Bloom) for my last clones, and they rooted in half the time of my previous batch (Miracle Grow and 1/3 perlite). Also, I recently discovered the importance of micronutrients (iron, zinc, manganese, sulfur, etc.). A shortage of these can cause nutrient lockout and no amount of fertilizer will help.

Oops! Just realized that there was a second page to this thread and you already answered most of my questions.

Forget soil and go with a hempy bucket. It's far easier to learn from and you cannot overwater only burn from a heavy nute dose. I'm a new by myself and my first grow was a jungle growth professional mix with 20% perlite I battled ph problems the entire time. Unless you're going or a super soil give it up. It's a thing of the past.
