Patricia Albright was first introduced to medical marijuana when her young son was battling bone cancer and in constant pain. When marijuana butter helped, she started to believe in the drug`s healing power and started growing it herself.

Now, Albright is being indicted on charges of trafficking, growing and manufacturing marijuana even though she says everything she did was legal under state law.

I dont even know why people say "oh I followed state law". They know damn well its federal law that runs it. Although I do feel sorry for her she knew the consequences if she were to get caught.

If the undercover cop she met with has her on tape (which I would imagine he does) telling him that they are shipping product to Colorado and making a fortune doing it, she is violating California State law and will be made an example of by the Feds. What was she thinking?

Yeah. That's exporting. Everyone should know that is 100% illegal.

It's shitty, but that's the game.
