my plants are in week 5 of veg from seed, i just flushed with BushDoctor Sledgehammer yesterday and havent given nutes in 4 days now and didnt plan on it for another few days because i saturated the soil yesterday when flushing and the soil cant hold much water.......anyways...what im wondering is should i feed nitrogen this soon after flushing, and while the soil is still drenched? will it have much effect or should i wait a few days for the soil to dry more...they arent looking bad, yellow tinted on some plants and not all leaves effected

Kumestorm,
Your plants should have enough stored N for a few days...are you sure they haven't been suffering lockout from too much feeding? Been testing runoff ppm?

Oh, and I recently read that it's always best not to fertilize with really dry soil. Plant takes in too much nutes with the water and that can accelerate nute burn.

it very well could be lockout...or the start of..which is exactly why i flushed at the end of week 4, im thinking thats what happened and with my nute schedule i should have done it at week 3 instead...but i give them nutes, one day off. water. one day off then nutes again.. so every 4 days they get nutes

KS,
I'd definitely back off on the nutes them. I haven't done soil grows in awhile, but had a general rule to not feed more then once a week. Never had nute burn and had nice green plants. Make sure your plants dry well between watering and are not rootbound.

you might have nutrient lockout as well or not enough nitrogen... It's it yellow from the edges in our from the stem out? Stem out is nitrogen.. Edges in can be a few things but it's not nitrogen deficiency.. Can you take pics or give us a little more info on watering feeding and fleshing you've done so far

I've grown a few times with this soil and nutes with this schedule, I always have very lush green plants, right now is only very very little loss of green, everything is light green more than yellow.. And not all plants and leaves are effected... I've only got 3.5 gal pots now so I have to water fairly often now... Would you suggest watering twice between nutes? I've never had burning issues or deficiency issues before, don't want to stop now... The old adage if it's not broken don't fix it, I believe if I flushed at 3 weeks instead of 4-5 if I'm counting the week of seed it would be alright??

I didn't see you had auto, all plants leaves will yellow during the latter part of flower due to nitrogen deterioration, only way to avoid it is to add a lot of extra nitrogen which isn't necessary and is a waste of money, it's natural for the plants leaves to yellow and is perfectly okay brutha
