anyways, i understand that molasses itself doesn't smell like chemicals, i had just read an old thread that said their bud smelled like paint or something in the curing jars after using molasses. wasn't sure if it was related or if it was something else entirely. just making sure cause i am basically clueless. oh and should i go to the hydro store or to a big grocery for that?

say you have sweet from botonicare, would you add molasses to plants with sweet also, or is it like adding the same thing? i was told that sweet will make a difference in buds, and it seems like molasses has the same effect. correct me if i am wrong

From my understanding, a lot of the products like sweet (not saying that it is for sure as I don't know) are just repackaged blackstrap mollasses. Mollasses, $2, ProductX 15-20, and its the same stuff. Just some stuff that I've read in here.

Wet paint smell has gone. I believe it was genetic. Five more hangin'w/same aroma? Great pot, but not PURPLE!

Hey Chasseur, how long did you veg for?

I vegged for a little over six weeks. The reason she is so bushy is cause i topped her nine times. Had to do this because of space constraints. Was a little worried, but she responded really well to the topping.

awesome thanks. let me just clarify real quick. i should be using the molasses at 1mL/gal or 1TBS/gal? there is a little bit of a difference, as 1TBS is 15mL. So, just makin sure. Pretty sure its 1TBS...

You Are Right On The Table; 1 teaspoon= 5ml : 1 tablespoon= 15ml : 1 ounce= 30ml

p.s. the buds looked noticeably more weighted down today and smelled more pungent. could be the molasses, could just be placebo... ill let you know when she comes out of the dark tonight. i see the most developments after her dark period.
