I had both types.
I kept the fat indica one, because the yield was considerably greater.
I had three plants in the first run, and two phenotypes.
I never found any buttered muffin pheno, but have heard of it.

I sprouted 3 and they hatched in about 1.5 days. They were quick, healthy, and vigorous right from the start. I got 3/3 females (I've been having great luck M/F wise. Got 3/3 fems on Snowhigh's Golden Lei- which is intriguing me with it's strength and quick development for a sativa. Could be great).

But back to the SSDD, I got 2 that were shorter and more indy based. They seemed to be a lot like BOG's sour bubble - very bubba kush-like. Those SSDD's had a bit more stoney effects and a berry, kush taste. The taller pheno took a week or two longer and had a bit more racing euphoria to it but still a nice dominant body stone. This one smelled/tasted more like chem/butter popcorn/slight blueberry/. Very complex aroma. I would say the taller one is more intriguing in its effects and unique but either get you where you need to be for a good 2.5-3 hrs if properly consumed. Like Bodhi said, this is one of the few strains that will stick to a bag when dried. Sensi Star is the only other that resiny I've had. The bag appeal is great.

I have 2 ssdd phenos. One is much stretchier and is slow to put on the flowers. But around week 7-8 she starts stacking nicely. foxtail style spear buds. Tastes like dirty earth butter cream? AMAZING high, bag appeal, resin content etc. I let this pheno go 11 weeks (I like my shit DONE). I suspect this is a bubbashine leaner.

the other pheno finishes faster (still let it go 10 weeks).. Much hashier taste. Buds stack QUICK and she yields like a beast. Just as good a high, bag appeal etc, but I just love the other ones taste. The kind that coats your mouth and you take a sip of coffee and the SSDD overpowers the taste. :)
