Now I know you ain't to bright. DK is MY minion. Psh!
Minions are for devil worshipers who choke at the first sign of a goats dick. :p ..btw, you misspelled, "too"..

Don't forget, with every goat, there is a hungry wolf closing behind..
excellent observation pSi007, only thing missing is their theme song, folks like these been round and round for a long time...

First off, let me just say I have not yet had time to
read this whole thread... But I just want to throw this out while it's on my mind.

Yes, technically it would go against the state constitution to penalize doctors for recommending cannabis (or recommending it to "too many" people). BUT, that doesn't mean they won't go right ahead and proceed. Technically SB420 is null and void because a Senate Bill cannot make changes to a voter-approved proposition (215). In other words, plant limits technically do not exist. Has that stopped them from prosecuting people who grow "too many" plants? Nope it sure hasn't....
spot on, but DK wont hear you, he's to busy...

Please allow me to introduce myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a mans soul and faith
And I was round when jesus christ
Had his moment of doubt and pain
Made damn sure that pilate
Washed his hands and sealed his fate
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guess my name
But what's puzzling you
Is the nature of my game
I stuck around st. petersburg
When I saw it was a time for a change
Killed the czar and his ministers
Anastasia screamed in vain
I rode a tank
Held a generals rank
When the blitzkrieg raged
And the bodies stank
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guess my name, oh yeah
Ah, what's puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, oh yeah
I watched with glee
While your kings and queens
Fought for ten decades
For the gods they made
I shouted out,
Who killed the kennedys?
When after all
It was you and me
Let me please introduce myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
And I laid traps for troubadours
Who get killed before they reached bombay
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, oh yeah
But what's puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, oh yeah, get down, baby
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, oh yeah
But what's confusing you
Is just the nature of my game
Just as every cop is a criminal
And all the sinners saints
As heads is tails
Just call me lucifer
Cause I'm in need of some restraint
So if you meet me
Have some courtesy
Have some sympathy, and some taste
Use all your well-learned politesse
Or I'll lay your soul to waste, um yeah
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, um yeah
But what's puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, um mean it, get down
Woo, who
Oh yeah, get on down
Oh yeah
Oh yeah!
Tell me baby, what's my name
Tell me honey, can ya guess my name
Tell me baby, what's my name
I tell you one time, you're to blame

Fixed!!!!! :)

(I like the direction this thread is now taking!)
i agree, i think we can fix it...

I came upon a child of God
He was walking along the road
And I asked him, "Where are you going?"
And this he told me...

I'm going on down to Yasgur's Farm,
I'm gonna join in a rock and roll band.
I'm gonna camp out on the land.
I'm gonna get my soul free.

We are stardust.
We are golden.
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden.

Then can I walk beside you?
I have come here to lose the smog,
And I feel to be a cog in something turning.

Well maybe it is just the time of year,
Or maybe it's the time of man.
I don't know who I am,
But you know life is for learning.

We are stardust.
We are golden.
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden.

By the time we got to Woodstock,
We were half a million strong
And Everywhere there was song and celebration.

And I dreamed I saw the bombers
Riding shotgun in the sky,
And they were turning into butterflies
Above our nation.

We are stardust.
Billion year old carbon.
We are golden..
Caught in the devil's bargain
And we've got to get ourselves back to the garden.

ok name a US or State law a hippie ever made?
ooops i guess that spot is blank lol...

now name the laws that pps like you and DK ever made?
ooops, not enough room because folks like you have made all the laws up to now and such is why we are where we are...

*edit to stand corrected to some degree in that i've personally known one of the authors of 215 and he (and some others involved) was slightly influenced by 'hippie' culture etc...
but sb420 was put forward by the status quot, so it for certain belongs in your column ;)

Ever bother thinking about why that is? Because I participate in the process. I recognize that in a democracy you don't get 100% of what you want because every voter's opinion is treated equally in the ballot box. I support practical measures that have a chance of passing. You only support hard line legislation where you personally agree with it 100% and don't consider the needs of others. That's not what democracy is.

The difference between you and Dennis Peron is that Dennis was practical enough that he know how to write an initiative that could actually appeal to everyone and get financial backing from people like George Soros. You're no Dennis Peron.

IMHO and I could be wrong but this is the feeling I get.

Dan is a commercial grower with the money to step into the big business ( I don't blame him ) when it legalizes with no remorse for the little guys or personal growers as our rights are dwindled away for Big MJ .

I personally believe it's a plant and everyone should be able to grow as much as they want to but of course this won't help line Dan's pockets.

Either way, Mj Prohibition needs to stop. I just hope it's not with the shirts off of our backs.

With every entity, a force would entail the most worthy opponent in order to realize the most gain. Use these arguments to your advantage as fuel to make a stronger future - any of the minions should know that as others were born as commanders. All commanders have flaws, allow the weaker to argue a strong point, noted, and release their pain by domination.

So far it seems like in Colorado and Washington legalization isn't what everyone thoight it would be. High taxes and limits on being able to grow etc.

ps DK,
This is why you're not in the same catagory as the people who got prop 215 passed.

Without George Soros and people like him none of this would ever happened. In reality, it takes money and organization to pass a state wide initiative.

Mike then? I know both Mike and Valerie as well.

3/4 correct. I do actually care very much about people's rights to grow their own and even more than that all the people who are in prison for cannabis related offenses. In my view, there is nothing more important than freeing the people who are in jail or prison and those who are discriminated against because of a cannabis conviction. They need to be the #1 reason for legalization.

How ever you are correct that I have no sympathy for the small time commercial growers who thinks getting high all day and changing a rez once a week is a career. It's not. It's just someone who wants to live the life without putting any effort into it. The reason I am who I am is not because I'm special, talented, privileged. I put my heart into more than they do. I work harder. I care more. Anyone willing to do the work could be me. If people truly want to have cannabis as a career they should act like it. Work 40+ hours a week. No one is entitled to be a small time grower. You're not. If someone is getting pushed out of the business it's likely because they were too lazy and treated growing as a lifestyle choice, not a career choice. I have no sympathy for that what so ever. Why should I?

I personally believe it's a plant and everyone should be able to grow as much as they want to but of course this won't help line Dan's pockets.
I don't need legislative help to line my pockets. I do just fine.

And no, you shouldn't be able to grow as much as you want without regulations. You're not entitled to your own tax free unregulated business. You should be entitled to grow as much as you need for personal use, not commercially. If you want to be a commercial grower than you should be subject to rules just like any other business in America. Why are you entitled to more than what a strawberry farmer is entitled to?

Either way, Mj Prohibition needs to stop. I just hope it's not with the shirts off of our backs.
Maybe you should step your game up then. Why be afraid of big cannabis when you can be big cannabis? No one is stopping you. Go out and form a company and do it legitimately just like everyone else in America does with their business.

I can grow as many strawberries as I want and sell them to the neighbors or at the farmers market with no body caring, What's the difference .

I would have to have 10 warehouses to work 40 + hrs a week. lol

Farmers markets are somewhat regulated. There are fees and taxes and applications and managers, you dont just show up and start selling strawberries. And you can grow as many strawberries as your neighbors would want to buy (which would probably be not a lot), and if you wanted to grow and sell more than that you'd hit regulation however you chose to distribute them.
