I've looked at those Cree A21's, they look pretty tempting - the reason I added the CFL's was to increase my temperatures so there is no way that I will be removing them unless I can find a suitable replacement.I would go with Cree a21 globes from home depot over cfls or kessils. The Hans panels kick ass too.
@ natro I dig the vert vpar. It does put out nor heat though. I guess because its open on both sides. On hot days lately. I turn it off leaving the pontoon on. a/c cools everything down. The reg 420 combos seem to put out less heat. When I did hid. The higher the light. The less heat was felt. Maybe if I raise the vpar more it would seem cooler.
