Brown sctatch like marks on leaves

Idk ifbI should be worried or not but I see littke brown scratch like marks on my plants leaves..Only a week into the grow..light is about b9inches away and its 150w hps and 800 lumen cfl..Cantt see the marks from the pics , but need I be worried
