I recently started Can.MD (www.can.md), a directory of marijuana strains sold by licensed producers in Canada. Its designed as a resource for patients looking to choose from the many strains that are available. If you have bought marijuana from a licensed producer, I encourage you to check out our website (www.can.md) and contribute a review. This will be a decent resource for those that actually choose to participate in the MMPR. That being said it is still just a review site and anybody can write a review, what is "good" to somebody else might be complete crap to me. If anything will at least give people some more info to make informed purchases, albeit that info should be taken with a grain of salt. Honestly it reminds me a lot of Leafly, just MMPRized.

I honestly can't believe how ignorant and selfish some people are, despite what you think killemsoftly you are not the only person on this planet!! Their are many different situations and needs out there and this could be used as a very useful tool for the people that aren't as lucky to be able to grow their own or have a DG... The OP isn't even an LP himself...running around calling people "c@nts rich" and etc when you're clearly only concerned about yourself.

Ya I put up a link to a service a little while back....that
took your prescriptions and got bids from LP's to supply your prescription...
so the best bid with the best availability would win out every time...
To me it seemed like a decent service to provide... for new patients....who don't have time to shop their
ATP around to a bunch of LP's and take a chance at getting a good deal...

How will you determine that users are real and not just LP's talking up their own product? Do you intend to be like Leafly, who extorts growers to pay them for favorable reviews? How do you ensure the integrity of your reviews so they are actually beneficial to patients?

Actually i give stuff away. As in free. Do they? Harper just tried to jam a monopoly of 8 licensed producers down our throats. fortunately, we have laws in this country and the SCOC (Supreme Court of Canada) says no one has to buy from them. I stand by what i said. They are out to take $ out of our pockets. Want a good resource? Go to a compassion club and get your stuff for $5/gm. Not $8 from these guys who are posting here cause they want to "help" us out.

Again, I stand by what i said. try figuring out what is actually happening before you critique my critique of these 'helpful folks' with their government approved monopoly. They are here to fleece us. They will use nasty pesticides and they will refuse to have their stuff tested. Just watch. They will try to hide behind a bunch of govt regulators and say "it's safe for food". this is a product that is smoked most of the time. Will their stuff be safe? Doubt it. is mine? Absolutely, it's called ipm (integrated pest management). When all else fails my plan is to chop em down. Burn em. Start over from seed. What's their plan? Will they tell you? Can you verify what they say?

Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback.

Punky, We are going to do our best to keep the reviews honest. We want patients who have used the product to give their unbiased opinions and experiences. We will never allow growers to pay for a review. Producers may try to be dishonest - pretending to be patients to give themselves good reviews - but by allowing users to view reviewer's other reviews, we expect that the community will be able to identify this type of spam.

No you're right "they" don't, give away free meds. Why would "they", "they" are simply owners a of medical marihuana review website why on earth would you think "they" should give away free meds???...I don't want to put words in Wills mouth but I bet it's pretty safe to assume that "they" will not use "nasty pesticides" at their website either lol.

I have had alot from Mettrum and it sucks. So weak and immune right away. All the Red line is garbage. I am waiting to try the lemonhaze if it is not good then I will switch. I can't believe how weak all their kush buds are. I can literally smoke an ounce and nothing happens.
