Hi massamike, glad to have you on the forum. I am using the Botanicare KIND line of nutrients. I go off of the nutrient schedule on their web site, and as this is DWC I change out my nutrient mix once a week. You can find info on the nutrients here. They also have a nutrient calculator here. They also have predeveloped recipes here. That is the one I am using. What kind of setup and what strain are you growing? The one piece of advise I can give you is get a good PH meter and and good E/C meter. If you don't know what your levels are and you are growing hydroponically it can get away from you pretty quick. Check your plants and your nutes everyday and you will be fine and don't be afraid to ask questions. If you go to Sunnyjims thread where I was first getting started I ask all kinds of questions and because I ask and listened and took the more experienced growers advice I have been pretty happy with my results. Check out my other grow in my signature. It is a very simple Ebb and Flo setup which I feel is the easiest way to grow. Also check out SunnyJims thread as I copied his setup almost exactly and their is a lot of good info in that thread.

So far I have purchased a 4x2x5 ebay tent 300 actual watt led light I'm working on putting together a dwc setup
And for my first grow I'm open to strain suggestions one that would be as easy as possible for me sense it's my first grow

Going LED, very cool. Make sure you research the light you want as LED's have come a long way and they are still learning what works, so make sure you get something that others have used so you can pick their brains. Most of the indica's are pretty good for new growers as they tend to stay smaller and grow a little slower plus most are pretty resistant to diseases. If you are in the US it is a good idea to pay the extra that the seed places charge to guarantee delivery. My buddies last order was stopped twice at customs. Made it through on the third try and there was no charge to my buddy due to the small extra charge he paid when he placed the order.

What seed bank did you friend go threw I'm considering attitude because I have a friend that went threw them and it took 17 days but they came just like guaranteed

That's where he ordered from as well. Great place and good customer service. Once customs confiscated them he just had to email them and let them know and they resent. Third time was the charm for him. Hopefully you will have better luck.

Thanks Maxed Out. I am very happy with the way this grow is going. Should have an awesome harvest if everything goes well. Should know in about 20 days.

And finally today, the 18th. Starting to see some red hairs! Definitely went to hard on the nutrients getting some tips burned so I backed it down today. Only way to see what she will take is to experiment. Now I now.
