I've never heard of a medium draining too well..

I have to water every day, even my veggers..but the growth is crazy

Did I forget to tell you that growing in pbf's is not for the lazy man...not saying you are by any means mind you..lol
If their drying out too fast for your liking use more peat moss in the mix
