Growing your plants without any fertilizer?

Im growing 2 plants without any fertilizer, my question is it possible to succesfully grow decent buds without any fertilizer? i mean i am just watering and giving them sun light each day and they are growing pretty fine with the soil i have in their pots.

Thats because ya have them in good soil. When the plant eats up all the nutes ya will have to feed them. They will flower but small ones.

Ok..so I'm just starting out and wondering if anyone can answer this...is it possible to use seeds from a nice bag of nuggs to grow? I planted them and they are doing pretty good considering...no flowers yet but I'm only 5 weeks in..is this ok to do? Will the stuff be smokable?

they will smoke if they are females...if they are growing it is possible could end up being a better smoke than what you had originally...

ya can't till you turn the lights back to 12/12. you can only grow them so long w/o nutes unless you repot them every few weeks wich is alot of work.......just go organic add things to the soil to fortify it. but don't over do it you can burn them w/ bat shit just as easily as miracle grow.

Im growing an outdoor strain, so the lights isn't a possibility..is there something visible i need to be looking for to tell female and male apart...i know that males take nutes from females but how can i tell the sex?

my first time growing which was yrs ago. i didnt know nothing about growing even the basics like the light cycle. i used dirt dug up in my back yard didnt use no nutes till the last month of flower. my friend gave me some powder and told me to mix it will 1 gallon of water. i think it turn hermie at the end founded a couple of seeds( i put light on it in the dark period =l). i didnt even harvest it right and no curing =). turn out to be some decent bud and trust me i smoke the good sh*t, im from cali ;).

I used a bag seed for my first grow and they are only 2 weeks into flowering but so far the whole grow has gone beautifully.

well after about 2weeks of 12/12 you should see either lil nuts (male) or some pistols 1 or 2 lil white hairs almost........that's a girl.............you are right about the preflowers showing w/o beeing in flower. my clones are showing but my seedlings are not yet . i have used bagseed and it turned out ok it was from some pretty good bud that a friends dad grows. and i live up in the Great Land of Ak but i still get clones from established strains i would like to buy from the net but i don't really trust it........if anything i'd order from BC
