Leaves are shriveling away? & leaves turning color? Help :(

PH of soil is neutral, I water the plants with Filtered tap water from a well, I have 2 Mini dual spectrum lotus on the plants for both veg & flowering with a total of 19000 Lumens, I keep the lights 4 inches away from the plants & the lights on 20 hours & 4 hours off. The soil is just cheap soil I bought from walmart for gardening with added perlite & some peat moss. I water the plants every 2-3 days or when the soil gets dry but I have been watering the leaves every 1-2 days. The plants are almost 2 weeks old from sprout (12 to be exact), I gave them a very light dosage of MG 2 days ago but other than that its the only fertilizer they have had, they have constant fresh air coming in, the temp is anywhere from 70-80 degrees (working on fixing the temp to a constant). The seeds are unknown seeds, I think I have 3 different plants growing.

Here are the pics from imgur, the other plants are looking good so I didn't include them, its the older ones that I am having problems with.

I think that covers most of the info, The main problem I am having is the leaves shriveling away as you can see in a few of the pictures, the other problem & I am not sure if this is a problem or not but in picture 3 & 4 the middle of the plant leaves are turning to a light green, almost yellow & more of it is coming up each day, not sure if this is genetics or not? I noticed in picture 2, it looks like a lot of white but its growing like little white hairs on its leaves? I am a complete newb to this x.x

Thanks for any help :)

Here's a few points.
Don't leave water drops on your plants with the lights on.
You may want to use a Cal/Mag at every watering at the rate of 2.5ml per gal.
The new growth looks fine.
Any time you do any kind of "corrective" action. It takes 5-7 days in soil to be "seen".
Only N def will "show" correction in the plant and any "other" type of problem will only show a "correction" in the new growth.
You may want to top dress that soil with a cpl of Tbl spoons of dolomite lime for pH stability down the road.
At least once a week. Add a "zyme" or some type of living Bio (Microbial soil inoculant - ask for this at your grow shop) to your feed mix, to keep the soil "healthy". Mycorrhizal and Trichoderma are essential to healthy soil that will aid in the self balancing of pH and the changing of unusable nutrients to usable nutrients in the soil to be used by the plant. These also aid in the uptake of nutrients to the plant.
Zyme is available from many nutrient makers like.
Hesi - Power Clean
Canna - Zyme
Cyco - Zyme
AN - Voodoo Juice

I make whats Called an AACT tea and use that for my Bio's. Cheaper, BETTER and kinda fun to do/make.
Search AACT teas here and on Goggle.

Hope that helps out.

should not fertilize for 1st - 2 weeks -,(can fertilize in seedling stage but at 1/8 amounts) and try 18/6 light cycle and flush your plants you have nutrient toxicity or heat burn. You are giving the plant to much "stuff" KEEP IT SIMPLE !!!!!!!!

I don't see those problems at all at this point!
Flushing will only create MORE trouble at this point! DON'T!!
20/4 is fine. Do what you like on this one......
You will need to start feeding in a cpl of days.

Thank you! This info is helpful :) Ebay has been my grow shop lol, The Hesi - Power Clean is cheap online but ill look into the AACT tea first & ill order some dolomite & look into getting mag/cal. Do you think the shriveling was from watering the leaves during lighting hours? Or from a deficiency of some sort?

Do u think worm castings would work good for the soil? I read they have enzymes.
First off relax! 2nd all you really need is water till you first set of leaves. Next you will want a small nutrient fertilizer (1/8 strength) during veg, they dont need much till flip, then you want to be at around 1/4 strength till about 4 weeks after the flip. Then stick them in a supersoil mix.
With your light output your probably gonna wanna flip around the 5th six node for a decent root foundation. Follow instructions specifically and you will be successful. Supersoil mix can be bought here. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=271102491741&alt=web. Peace
