The DEA doesnt have time to pursue cases related to seed orders. They will simply take the seeds if they find them and do nothing more. So if you do buy seeds buy the guaranteed shipping so if they are taken the company will resend new seeds.

Attitude, Herbies, Sannies, and Breeders Boutique are the companies I would trust the most.

Well in my country, the gov doesn't even have the resources to check the packages. I even heard that their scanner in the major port is not functional and needs maintenance. but i would not want an officer calling me asking for a bribe.
This happened once before and i had to ask for a favor from powerful relatives and friends which i don't like doing :s
Meanwhile i'm growing unknown strains from seeds i accidentally gather from purchases.
That's how i justify being paranoid.
Some MPs were calling for legalization recently, but i wouldnt count on that.

I've ordered once, I used Breeders Boutique. They don't have a huge selection but there are a lot of people who grow their stock on RIU. I felt like they give you more for your money than anyone else. Some of the prices I saw were crazy high from other breeders. I paid under 100.00 US dollars and got forty seeds shipped super discretely. I paid with a prepaid visa and had no issues. I tried Nirvana first and they couldn't get my prepaid visa to work, so I went with breeder botique's dog dtrain. Instead of White Widow and AK-47 from nirvana. The plants are doing great so far. Not to mention some of the BB guys are on RIu and have been helpful on this site.

Hemp Depot and westrn union money order ....I have placed 3 orders with no problems......and 100% germination on female seeds from Green house, MedicalSeeds, Paradise.....all in the flower stage right now.
