tropical island where it's legal to grow ?

Just curious.....trying to keep my options open as a single guy....

Are there any tropical islands where it's legal to grow where I could possibly make a decent living selling pot to tourists ?

no drugs are technically legal in portugal, and weed is pretty much looked at the same way it is in say amsterdam, another country where it's not technically legal to possess cannabis...
portugal is just decriminalized ....

However, since 2001 all drugs were 'decriminalized' and there is no punishement for possession of drugs if not more than the amount allowed.

and i don't think any country in the world, except for uruquay's recent change in policy, has full on legalization of cannabis.. i could be wrong about that, but don't think so..
