Just wait until they are hanging and ready to jar and get a blow dryer to get rid of that shit. No sweat. The purple color usually occurs as a result of phosphorus lock out, the cold will cause it, genetics, or flushing too long. Temperature does limit absorbtion of nutrients, it matters. I live in an extreme environment that seasonally swings in temperature. I have no central and winter gets purple without help.
