Is it normal for buds to be fat as 2 thumbs 40 days of flowering?

But Bobigno, seriously your buds look nice it won't be a wasted crop. salvage what you can the buds look like they very well may be potent just your weight will suffer a bit that's all. Keep it up man your experience will come and so will bigger buds. None of us are experts our 1st grow. I will suggest you invest in reading material to study and have on hand because I get frustrated when I see people starting a grow and asking what lights to use and etc. that should be things you've studied before your 1st bean even touches soil. So if people are picking on you and questions I'm sure it's because your asking them something they either had to learn the hard way or it's common knowledge that can be found through basic reading. Just my 2cents bro, good luck on your ladies.

Temp is starting cool down a bit! im at 29 now if it can keep cooling to 28/27 i'll be happy My reflector is still really hot but i can touch it now and my ballast is abit more hot then earlier but once wind and the night will be there this will be a resolved problem

Yeah ik ahaha but my grow room is my whole chamber its not like a 4x4 or something like that my ballast actually never get hot because i put her rigth in front of the window and the wind constantly blow in it but today the wind wont blow by my window so... :s My reflector is the one that get hot most of the time! the top of it. Otherwise i dont have any other source of heat in my room

Thanks.. Those are my own creation well in the process. I had 3 different "bagseeds" from 3 different strains.(all were good when I smoked) out of 12 planted 3 sprouted and 2 were females . 1 got polinated last grow which got me about 6 seeds. from that , I got 2 females which 1 is the 1 in the pic. However yet again 1 hermied which is a tower and will get it's own thread in a week, it pollinated the one pictured. But through a timely process I managed to get just the lower portion seeded. And now have around 100+ seeds of some ??? Also the hermie did pollinate herself which I can see 3 seeds from that. So I know have 100 fem ??? newstrain, 3 seeds self pollinated strain and 40 or so seeds from the original. and the bud gets better every grow. all I can tell you is they seem to be sativa dominate and take about 12 weeks to flower yieled on 600w light is bout 2-3 ounce dry weight per plant. and as for heat fans fans fans. the heat has to leave the room it's the only way unless cooler air is brought in.

I noticed a jug of water that's gotta be getting the humidity up which in turn keeps hot air trapped in the moisture. but sounds to me like an investment in a better reflector is order here. if you sourced that as your heat problem.

yeah well that why i call it my ghetto grow room lol x) Gotta start somewere! ;D yeah its because in my house the general humidiy is around 30% i think maybe less and i dont have an humidifier :s so again in the ghetto art im trying to release some in a natural way ^^ But its not so hot at all i mean its hot but not enough to really do a difference you know what i mean? it wouldnt normaly make my temp rise or maybe maximum by like .3 or .5 C. Well.. Exept for today! I couldnt let my hand on it for more than 2 sec cuz it was so hot! But the air is starting to get cooler and cooler in the room and the wind is starting to blow in my window as well so in around 1h or 2 everything should be normal

ALL be it a different strain you can see my cola is a little bigger than a thumb. your lighter is probably the size of my pin

pls explain me something.. is it possible that 1 plant swells alot and some other plants dont swell the same way even if they are the same strain? i will post pics cuz 1 plant did swell like crazzy.. and 2 plants did not swell yet 1 has very few signs of swelling and 1 is swelling very slowly and not that much as the 1st plant .. WILL THEY SWELL THE SAME WAY BUT IT JUST TAKES LONGER FOR OTHER PLANTS TO SWELL CUZ THEY ARE BIGGER THAN THE PLANT THAT DID SWELL ALOT COMPARED TO OTHER 4 PLANTS ?!?

In my experience different phenos will act different and will bloom late, early, get bigger , smaller, you get the picture. So to answer question yes it is very possible for one to swell earlier than the rest. I have 1 plant now 2 weeks behind, it's the same strain its just taking longer and getter taller and bigger than the other. Just a different phenotype. Keep an eye on when it swells and it will probably give an indication of how far behind the other one it will be. Get excited bro these are the times you get your xp up.lol.. they both appear fine.

my buds are Steel hard!!! bud a bit smaller than yours and they are geting freaking heavy.. the branches are shaking more and more every day that passes

So the swelling is not actually the calyx but the bracts that give the stacking appearance as your buds start to form. Please dude you gotta buy a book. ok i will read bout it but now i see that 1 plant have spots that are exploding out of the buds with new pistils coming out... and some plants are just showing some spots that seem litle bulking points with new pistils ready to come out... so where am i atm ? i mean bout how long should it take me .. the breeder says the flower takes 55-65 days.. some growers said it took em 10 weeks for mataros to be ready...

Different phenos can be completely different looking/growing. If you want all plants to grow the same, you need a stabilized strain, or clones.

Since you are a new grower, take this one piece of advice I have to offer... DON'T HARVEST TOO EARLY!!!!!!

You will risk absolutely destorying your potency by harvesting too soon and your entire grow will have been a waste... Trust me -___- Wait for <5% clear trichs and mostly cloudy with some amber. Higher amber:cloudy ratio if you want a stonier effect.

thanks for the advice.. i want 20-30% ember.. but every pheno should start packing alot of new pistils that explode out of the buds last 2 weeks? cuz 1 plant already changed its from in 4 days with a load of new pistils that came out with(dont know if they are calyxes ) but i'd describe it as you know the tips of foxtailed buds? they look like those tips on the edge of foxtailed buds.. that are coming out of the buds with alot of new white pistils.. and other plants did not reach this yet.. will they reach the same growing phase like the plant i described?

No problem. Some plants will grow new pistils form the individual buds on the colas for a few weeks after the cola stops getting taller, which will cause a lot of swelling. Some phenos/strains never get very thick buds. It all depends.

yea but 1 pllant exploded in just 5 days... its erupting something out of the buds with alot of new pistils and there's another plannt that is just starting to do so.. and 3 others that are not even near this point but seem also different phenos than those 2 plants :c

Of course its normal my friend! if you pick up 10 kids of the same age.. will they grow at the same rate? have the same personality? ect... everyone is different, so are plants ^^
