shooting those home invaders....
y'know, death used to be the punishment for burglary in the olden days
it was the way he went about it, straight up murder...they were just kids

Blame the parents for not teaching them not to be robberising scumbags.it was the way he went about it, straight up murder...they were just kids
Well, their names were hardly Peter Williamson and Richard Devaux...
Funny. Some say the home owner shouldn't have been there, some say the robbers. Damn, it's so hard to figure out who's full of shit here, and which of these two had the right be there in the first place.Blame the parents for not teaching them not to be robberising scumbags.
Iv aint never seen no craka called Darnell, Tyrese, Laquicha or Solange...Every dude around here named Johnson is white.
I have an Italian name, Italian wife, Italian car, but Im a white mutt.
Business neighbor across the street that owns the tire shop is a Smith, and he aint white.
Its tricky, I know.
I have a good buddy named Leroy Johnson. True shit!Every dude around here named Johnson is white.

He probably has hard left, mudscuttle parents.I have a good buddy named Leroy Johnson. True shit!
He's as white as the freshly fallen snow.
His name isn't subversive...it's what his parents wanted to call him. That's like saying the last name Johnson is subversive. The name leroy is inherently subversive. As is the adjective mudscuttle. And anyone who uses it.
Time for some disinformation.
Why didn't he just trap them in a room? You know, mice...cheese..that whole thing. He could have rented them out as slaves or sold them outright or kept them in a cage in his basement for amusement. Not a very sharp guy.
He could have staged it to look like a shoot out took place.
So many options but he did it the dumb way.
Seems like the whole thing proves Darwin was right.
I think they need to amend the state's criminal code. No more castle doctrine. Instead, how 'bout a doctrine that allows you to capture them and get civil compensation for a set period through coercive labour (grab it RR this ones for you). Problem solved. No trial costs, no prison costs and it would be an effective deterrent. It also creates an incentive to value life, even that of a thief. Need to give it a cool name though.
Instead of stand your ground it could be 'own your thief'. Idk, marketing isn't my gig.
Padawan has chosen to vote yes through me by proxy. The name leroy is inherently subversive. As is the adjective mudscuttle. And anyone who uses it.

I should think the Geneva convention's in order. Still, if you must torture away. i always suspected the irish were a cruel bunch (you remember what freud said about them don't you H? I sure as hell don't).Padawan has chosen to vote yes through me by proxy.
He also wonders, is there a limit to the time you can keep them? Or is there a Max prisoner count?
Also, do Abu Garif rules apply?

BTW, there is no Castle Doctrine in Minnesota...
It does in Colorado!someone opened my front door once by accident, thinking it was their friends apartment, should i have shot her in the face because she could of been a burglar that might have hurt me?? just because its my house does not just give me the go ahead to murder anyone in it
It means that his parents liked the name Leroy.parser
poppycock: leroy. think..harder. what does it mean?
Further: johnson. I've never known a johnson i didn't dislike. Gut feelings. Trust them. People are only paranoid when someone's out to get them. If you feel you're being followed its for a reason. Same with that name. It is disquieting. But maybe that's just me.
Can I offer you a cool bevvy? Some flavour-aid perhaps?
