i just stick with my blackpowder honestly
you get a season for bow and black powder before and after rifle season here
so the way i figure since it shoots dam good i dont need more then one shot to get the job done im shooting a 300 grain ballistic tip .45 with a sabot
paper plate accuracy at around 200 yards off a bench

Indeed. I will use my bow for most of the year. Its very rare when I use my rifle. I like the challenge of hunting with the bow. Got to get them in to at least 50 yards. I tried a target shot @ 100yrs and the drop was so great its not worth it. I literally had to aim 4ft to reach center mass.

At 30-40yards I get complete pass through.

i have a old compound bow i upgraded to a whisker biscuit
its a late 80's unknown brand to be honest
mcphearson i think shoots good like 50 lb draw
I had an old hoyt I used to use. Was around 75lb, but was adjustable. I never used a "silencer" for mine, but never had a deer jump the shot either so I figured I didn't need it. I'm dead on with a compound at 30 - 40 -50 yds. 3 pins.. I sold that bow ages ago though.

I can't really say I know what you mean cause I try and stay in pretty decent shape. 75lb isn't shit for me. I curl 100 on a long bar.. I can run 6 miles.. You should consider pounding that concrete or use a treadmill and do some interval training. That will get that heart rate up quite a bit more.
