Closet grow?

So i really want to grow but i sm conserned about it because i live in a basement appartmemt in a house. I got my own entrance. There is this room
That i never usr which has a huge closet. Theres two doors i have to walk through to get to the closet room.

Will the houseowners smell it if i grow one plant and use carbon filters and ons gel outside the closet?

I cant connect the exhaust or intake directly outside :/

they won't necessarily smell it if you use carbon filters. carbon filters are badass and can eliminate virtually 100% of the smell. use passive intake so negative pressure makes everything go through the carbon filter.

Carbon Filters would be the best way to go. You can recirculate your air through the filter and that will allow you to eliminate your smell and keep everything closed. Depending upon what fan you get, noise can be a problem, that all depends upon how many plants and how quickly you want to recirculate your air.

I grew a few girls in an apartment complex for over a year. Stunk up the complex for about 6 months(no one knew it was me) got a phres filter and they do work, I walk in my room get a big whiff of some dank an it turns out to be the clones not the flowering girls haha.
