Seeds can take up to 5 days to pop.

jesus thank god first time seedin it its in a vented dome with the vents closed in rw with a very slight heat source next to it just a ballast that is about 2 inches from dome is that ok?

Sounds all good to me. My seed sprout within 3 days with zero heat source, 40w CFLs or T5s, 75f. I'll cover them with bags until they pop soil then take them off. Good to go.
