Please Help!!

So I'm in day 10 of vegging with cfl grow and 1 plant out of my 2 is doing veryy well, the other not so much in the past few days they are becoming a little yellow at the tops what can I do to fix this anything will help

Could be a nitrogen deficiency, or maybe your watering them too much, also make sure you don't have the light too close to the plants

That green one looks over fed dont give those things any nutrients for now.

one drop of water on the top of a seedling can mess it up under a light.
