Again, your mentality would put a black man in jail longer for killing my mother because she was white than a white guy who killed my mother because he wanted her shit. That's not racist at all.
my su[port for hate crime laws is citation of exactly none of your claims, idiot.

now show me where i made the stereotypes you claimed i made or where i said blacks need special help that no other race does

hate crime is not just a race specific law...try again
Hate crime legislation is not a law?

Noticed you avoided the question too. Do you agree with Buck that you should do more time for the same crime as him if the victim is white or him more than you if the victim is black? How does this help?

I have asked you specifically and you said because of institutional racism. Why are you shying away from that now? We've all seen you say this.

A hate crime is not race specific. You can get charged a hate crime by yelling faggot whist beating the shit out of someone one gay...again name a RACE SPECIFIC law (your words not mine). This will help you understand. Name one so we can discuss.

This was proposed last Friday by Obama where he wants separate taxes and legal system for one race and different one for others. Is this helpful?
http://dailycaller.com/2014/05/27/obama-administration-seeks-race-based-government-in-hawaii/

Now can you explain why you should do more time than Buck because the victim was white?

Do you believe in separate admission standards to college based on color?

I could make a case that NY's stop and frisk laws are race based. While not specifically spelling it out, it's no secret who the law targets.

Hawaii? we should leave that stolen republic, and they should have whatever laws they desire.

wait are you talking about something that is not even law...and that's more dealing with NATIVE Hawaiians ( similar to laws we have for NATIVE Americans...Indians). Again do you have any RACE SPECIFIC LAW that we can speak about. I thought this would lead to a discussion on Civil rights, but either you don't know or ignoring this fact.

Buck is very capable of giving you his answer if he said that...Keep our discussion on our discussion.

i just want to see you continue to be unable to cite the claims you have made today and in the past, leave your dumb ass swaying in the breeze.

I'll honestly try, it got a little frenetic there for a minute, apologies. BTW, you do understand I'm FOR civil rights don't you? Just because buck keeps repeating that lie doesn't make it true, he's a bigot.

The Affordable care act requires race specific designation in EHRs.
Stop and frisk laws are racial by default.
Teacher unions have negotiated race based hiring practices in their contracts.
Our drug laws are race based, see the penalty for crack vs cocaine
Holder, Duncan Unveil Race-based School Discipline Guidelines
Parents Involved v. Seattle School District No. 1 and Meredith v. Jefferson County Board of Education are two cases the supreme court heard recently that involved race based legislation
The school districts rest their position on the dubious claim that school officials deserve broad deference when they use race, even though other government officials, such as prison administrators and city councils, receive no such deference under Supreme Court precedent.

Justice Kennedy asked in the Meredith case whether deferring to schools' decision to use race in student assignment will allow schools that "want to play the race card" to do so.

His concern seemed to be that a race-based assignment policy defended in court as promoting racial integration or a melting pot may actually reflect other motives, perhaps rooted in racism.

That risk is very real, as the briefs in the companion case, the Seattle case (Parents Involved in Community Schools v. Seattle School District No. 1), shows.

Although the Seattle Schools convinced a Ninth Circuit judge, in his concurrence, that their use of race was designed to promote a "melting pot," they have taken the exact opposite position elsewhere, contradicting their argument to the courts that they are using race as a temporary measure to promote integration and a melting pot, rather than as a permanent system of racial quotas.

Indeed, the Seattle Schools have made bizarre, racially-charged public statements. They have publicly taken the position, in statements to the public at large, that:

(1) "Concepts such as a melting pot" are failures that should be rejected;
(2) "Individualism" is a form of "cultural racism";
(3) planning ahead is a white characteristic that it is racist to expect minorities to exhibit; and
(4) only whites can be racist.
Ariz. law bans abortions based on race or gender

We can do more if you want to keep avoiding the question of why you should do more time than buck for the same crime.

Why do you think London should do more time than you for the same crime based on the color of the victim's skin?
Actually I think UB is far from that point of view...I thought we were going to have an honest discussion. I'm starting to see you for who you really are..Oh well...about to go waste some hours of my life with my son playing Watch Dogs.

How can you say that if he supports hate crime legislation. By it's very definition, you will do more time than him if the victim is white. He will do more time for the same crime if the victim is black. This helps race relations how?

I guess because I am asking you a tough question you don't want to answer, you will say I'm being dishonest and leave. That's dishonest isn't it?

it's not race specific, hate crimes can apply to ANYONE.
To be a hate crime color, gender or sexual orientation has to be specified doesn't it?

Why should London do more time than you for the same crime dependent on the victim's color? You keep avoiding that question. Why is this such a difficult question? The answer is either he shouldn't and you agree with me that hate crimes are hateful and hurtful or you think he should because....

*sigh*............proven hate must be the motive. if you kill someone, and they're a different color, gender, yada yada, its murder. if you do it BECAUSE of that difference, its also a hate crime.

Yes, and now it is up to the jury to decide if London should do more time than Buck for the same exact crime based on their skin color. I'd rather we not do that.

It's not that I don't understand the law, it's that I don't understand the logic that it helps with race relations by using race to determine length of sentence.
