Yeah looks like an early stage of it just take a damp cloth and gently wipe it off 
This is for a quick fix on a small early break out like your own. For major/worse conditions I do not suggest this method

Green Cure or Dust Eater (both are concentrate for foliage spray)
using a fan for 1hour a day will stop the mildue from settling , there's is black mould and white mould which is air born, just don't let it settle, and you should be ok,

Any fungicide will work macozeb is best mildew grows in humid poor circulation places so if cloning in humidity dome try opening up vents a little more and try take top off at least once a day to allow fresh air in

At this point, you could probably strip the leaves off that are most effected, you should be ok to pinch them back to the very newest growth and it will bounce back after a week.
In many cases a humidity dome isn't even needed.
