So yea just about June 30th I took a bunch of my friend's seeds and germinated them. About 3-4 days later I put them in Dixie cups with Scotts Potting Soil and fed them about 1-2x a day. Getting very very excited for the upcoming event (and me losing my virginity ) I decided at week 2 to transplant them into my cellar with 2 bulbs about 3-4 inches above the plants. Also too, I started the outdoor season a little late so figured I'd make up for it and just make sure they survived indoors. When I did this, I got Miracle Grow Moisture Control that has peat moss, vercilite, fertilizer and a good amount co2 all mixed in.
Well I'm about 2.5-3 weeks into sprouting/vegetation and I'd just like possibly a few pointers? Should I use mylar to reflect the light around them and would tin foil suffice? Should I get more lights now/later? If I decide to 24 hr these babies with light would it work them to death? I've currently got a timer for 18/6 atm, but figured I'd like to hear a bunch of suggestions.
The fan is about 2-3 feet away from the first one and I angled it so they all get a decent amount of circulation. There's about 8-10 leafs on 3 of them and the last one is catching up quick.
Once again, this is my first grow and any speculation or suggestions/opinions is greatly appreciated. I'll be posting pictures very very soon.
