i just re-potted this plant 8 days ago and gently lifted her out today to check her roots because i want to go 12 12 the roots have covered the pot sides but if you touch the soil its still soft not compact its just roots on the outer bit and not filled the inner soil if you get what i mean lol anyway heres a pic

Dosent look too bad but it would appreciate a bigger pot if you are going to transplant then leave it for another week after transplanting before flowering to let it get past the minor shock it will endure then switch to flowering, you usually get a good growth spurt going into flowering so maybe be wise to repot on the other hand it could cause unwanted stress if not done correctly

hmm dont know what to do theres still plenty of room on the inner soil the roots seem to have gone around the pot 1st instead of filling from inside to the outside might just leave them alone and see how the go in flower cheers for advice mate

Kind or the beginnings of being pot bound once they run out of room to sprawl they will begin to grow back on them selfs and into the middle I mean you may get away with it if anything will just stunt growth in the worst case 'bonsai' it if you will just keep an eye on watering because it can be hard to force water into lower roots it u may need to dunk them, would defiantly recommend bigger pots next time for more robust growth :-)

could i repot within the next week or 2 if i switched them 1212 today
You don't really want any stress well as little as possible in the flowering stage as it can convert females into hermaphrodites best to repot and leave for a week or so before flowering, or you can just take some clones and give that one a go at flowering as is up to you mate

I sort pulled a few root strands apart and ploppled that hussy in a much bigger pot. Never skipped a beat and is back out in the sun looking better than ever.
That's her in the back standing tallest.
The op and I are growing completely differently ..but root bound is root bound.
