2-4 years of college to get out and make 15.00, wow, what a career and life choice? is this what you consider successful? I made 15.00 the day I started in the union when I was 19. What do your employee's top out at? When I left after 10 yrs I was making 32.50 on the check plus benni's and have a vested retirement. Shit I bet it would piss your employees off to no end knowing some 25 y.o kid with no college education made over 80,000 working in the bay and HI on pretty much a working vacation. How much self worth do you think they would have knowing that? who do you think they would consider a loser then? College doesn't make you successful. My employees who make $15 are not adequately trained for more than entry level work. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean they aren't skilled. Typically they possess a minimum of a 2 year degree in a hard science ( I prefer 4th year college interns ) but no real hands on experience. I pay my interns, but they only work as many hours as possible so as not to interfere with finishing their education.
You losers here really have no idea what the world is about today. Join Uncle Buckeys Liberal Welfare Parade, the rest of us have more pride in ourselves.
