Is this safe to smoke?

if it doesn't have much smell and it kinda wet and sticky, i'd be willing to bet that it wasn't dried / cured very well, or at all for that matter..
you could try and put it in a jar for 2 weeks or so and see if the smell comes back a bit..

Typically things I have to ask "is this safe to smoke?" aren't safe to smoke. In your case I'd try it anyways, judging by the pictures

I agree with earthling 420...color looks a tad inconsistent. If you don't know what mold smells like...you will once you encounter it on a flower. You can always let someone else try it first?

Considering it really probably wasnt dried or cured properly, and by the looks of the bud itself, and it having moisture content to it higher than it sounds it should, I would have to assume it may not be, that is of course dependent on how long it took to go from the dry rack (still a tad wet) to your hands, as well as how it was stored by all the others whom had it. Me personally by the looks and sounds of it all though, I would not touch it. Anything with the possible chance of molds can have some pretty bad health effects if the mold begins growing inside ya.
