Has getting things shipped to the states been easier for medical states?
Anyone got info on this?

From what I understand, seeds being confiscated has nothing to do with marijuana. Its just what Customs does with any seeds they find to prevent invasive species. Unless you are ordering from the US I don't see medical marijuana playing a role in any way.Has getting things shipped to the states been easier for medical states?

i completely agree.. when someone orders seeds, customs doesn't really gaf if the person they're going to has a mmj card or not, being that seeds are considered live cannabis by the feds, and therefore are technically illegal to possess..From what I understand, seeds being confiscated has nothing to do with marijuana. Just to clarify you mean seeds that don't turn into "schedule I drugs" right? To legaly ship seed thru customs you need a 'customs declaration' form
I use Herbies seeds and so far so good . last ones were on or about 5-15-14. 3 out of 3 in last year. good luck.Has getting things shipped to the states been easier for medical states?

Correct a 'customs declaration' would be for general vedgetable seed and simmilar stuff, the seed of anything controlled would require extra as* fuc*ing / papper workJust to clarify you mean seeds that don't turn into "schedule I drugs" right?
