2 Plants, 2 Problems

Looks like rust mold to me. I had the same problem one year because my neighor had it all over his grape crop. Neem oil helps.

Thanks, I'll buy Neem oil right away and spray asap, it has been killing the plants' lower leaves ever since they moved there..

BTW, in picture 1, does that look like over-watering ?
Or maybe heat-stress ?
Cause the last few days were 30c+ (86f+) and yesterday was the longest day, so all together looks like this over-water image I've found:

That was the type of growth I also had with rust mold. All affected areas didnt turn rust colored. Some foliage would just shrivel, crisp, and dry out. I might be wrong. How often do you water? It was 100f here today. I only water my 3 footers in 3 gallon grow bags about very 3-5 days.

Today
2 days before
2 days before
3 days before and so on.. probably every 2.5 days or so ..water with 4-3-6 (Biobizz' Bio-Grow).

The soil is like 0.5 litter (0.13 of a gallon) coco and the rest is earth. (I don't want monster plants).

Here's an example of 1 of them while being.. damaged:

Hemp mosaic virus, I had it 2 seasons in row, but it didn't effect yield or quality.
Hey, I've googled for images of that virus, it doesn't look like it because this virus looks like "little damage all over the leaf"..

While in the plants I'm talking about, it looks like good looking area next to dead-spreading areas.

What time are you spraying neem?
what is the tea like condensation on the leaves in the first two pictures?
What is the condensation on the quoted picture?
This plant died.

I sprayed at around 1-2 am.

I'm not sure what that was.

But I think the 2 main reasons for it to die were - clay and therefore over-watering.. the clay helped with over-watering.
