I picture him sleeping in a little foot locker type boxI gave him a little love tap with my Sour D bud.....nighty night! It wasn't the brute force that did it, but the extreme shock of seeing what actual medical-grade MJ looked like up close.
Wow what a great pic man..thanks for that. I've never seen something like that before. How long is that process start to finish. very impressive. Any other pics of it nearer finish. Nice Job I'd say.I

7-8 week to chop down. 1 week to slowly dry. I seems to be missing lots of pics. Have tons on Grasscity but for some reason can't get the reset password email since I forgot what email I was using lol.Wow what a great pic man..thanks for that. What hiehgt are little cuties a foot maybe. Was there no real stretch? They seem nice n squat
1.4-1.5lbNice...what sort of dry yield did it provide?
It was mid summer and since I never used a light mover before I say fuck let me try one. I don't have the photos any more but I had an air cooled shade with ducting all on the light rail. LOL that was some contraption.Nice n efficient with that light mover. Did it work as well as two lights would have? How did you keep the run off water from gooing things up. I don't see any trays under the pots. Or am I missing them?
What brand of tent is that. I like the the bar holding the fan. I've never seen a side bar like that with some type clamp thingy. Did you make it?
nice postings
So, Canna, would you say the coco/promix was better than straight premix cause the dry down cycle was faster? Did you use the Cal Mag to help boost up the avail nutrients in the coco?
If you're not concerned with plant #s there's something to be said for no veg time...interesting.It was mid summer and since I never used a light mover before I say fuck let me try one. There was no tray just the second inlay that comes with the tent. The water ran out and dried up fast. I fed about 500ml every two days on the dot. Because the pots were 1gal the coco/dirt mix was bone dry but the second day. Huge root growth in the pots too, I think because of the fast trying.
The bar I made with electrical conduit tee and 1/2" conduit pipe. I slid the tees over the tent poles. I then used the screws from a cable connector to hold the tee to the tent pole.
The tents were DR 100 butted up and two sides cut, stapled and taped to make one 3.5-7" tent.
I got 1.5 Lb out of that one. Not worth the amount of plants but it was fun to try.
For those doing tents. If you can get Sour Diesel I would run 49 in the tent, 1000W HPS bub/ballast, and in a 4x4 tent I would use 1 gal pots on a 5x5 tent I would use 2 gal round or 2 gal square rose buckets.
Basically flip the clones after transplanting into the pots (aka no veg) and in 7-8 weeks you are done. I started with 1.24lb then got up to 1.5. Just a matter of paying attention to the watering cycle and learning when to rape the plants. At 14 days I would take off quite a bit of the foliage and small bottom arms. I have some before and after photos. Its like jungle to you can see everything after pruning.

I would think that most OG's would be a poor choice for this kind of set-up as they can get super stretchy. I've flipped OG's after only a week of veg and still ended up with 3+ foot plants. You'd definitely want to focus on dominant single cola strains (usually pure indicas or indica-heavy crosses) for this approach for the most part. With the plant totals required, this hasn't been realistic for me although I'd really like to try it. Northern Lights, Grape God, Fruity Chronic juice are all strains that I've grown that would work excellent in this type of setup......huge dominant cola with little side-branching if left untopped and trained and put right into flower.SOG (with 36-49 plants per light) was a very popular way to grow years ago when numbers of plants didn't really matter. Again not all stains are suited for it. I started with diesel as that what some of my customers were running. Others were also using Nebula, Cherry, Jamaican and something called Double O. OG Kush might work but I only tired that one once I think in that photo there. Oh oh and that run was testing Dutch Mater Gold and Advanced Conny. I got 1 oz dry more I think with the Dutch Master. I used the same additives but the food where different.

My goal has always been to create an identical carpet of buds utilizing topping, training, and scrogging and going with 4-6 plants per light.
99% of everything out there today is a hybrid of some sort There are very few pure indicas or sativas available these days, so almost all strains are a hybrid to some degree.I don't know anything about genetic but you need a hybrid. You need the colas to be big but the stretch needs to stop at a 16" tall plant. That's the Sour Diesel works so good. Prefect stretch bud size. Actually OG should work also but the bud size in not going to be the same a diesel.
Should also add with Diesel I could in reality chop down in 7 weeks and plant again.
True. I also did Bubba Kush one time and it was way too small of a plant after the stretch finished. I had some extra space so deiced to do a small test.99% of everything out there today is a hybrid of some sort
The success and productivity of this type of grow is definitely reliant on strain, and would really require you to have experience with and know the traits of the strain that you are going to try it with. With no plant count concerns, the right strain(s) and a steady supply of clones, this can be an extremely productive and efficient way to go. All primo buds as well, no larf.True.
